Their Story:

Miles and Brooks have survived the unimaginable. Both of these brave boys were rescued from deplorable living conditions in a junkyard hoarding situation alongside 80 other dogs. They found themselves at a city shelter and were placed on the euthanasia list, but thankfully, they were pulled and placed into a foster home together. Through it all, they leaned on each other, became the absolute best of friends, and are now looking for a forever family where they can stay together!

About Miles:

Miles is a little survivor with a giant, goofy smile. Because of his rough start to life, he can be a little shy when first meeting new people. But once he knows he is safe, he quickly transforms into a fiercely loyal, loving shadow. Having never had toys before his rescue, Miles is happily making up for lost time! He is completely obsessed with plushies—especially ones he can carry around in his mouth (like his favorite giant rainbow toy). Physically, he is doing fantastic. He bravely and successfully completed his heartworm treatment and is just finishing healing from some resolving hair loss on his back legs.

About Brooks:

While Miles can be a little reserved at first, Brooks is a happy-go-lucky, social butterfly! This 9-month-old puppy is friends with absolutely everyone he meets. He will keep you laughing with his silly, bouncy run, and when he's finally ready to settle down, he is all about giving kisses and snuggling up right in your lap.

Their Bond:

These two balance each other out perfectly. Between Brooks’ outgoing puppy energy and Miles’ resilient, loyal spirit, they are the ultimate duo. For these two, daily games of chase are an absolute must! They love zooming around and playing together, and we cannot bear the thought of separating them after everything they've survived.
