Our Pride and Prejudice Litter is officially ready for adoption! This sweet group includes four female Chihuahua mix puppies, all born at Fort Worth Animal Care & Control after their mother was surrendered there. They've been with us since they were tiny, and they've grown into affectionate, social little girls who love attention and gentle handling. 💛

They are currently around 11 weeks old, and each one has her own budding personality -- curious, cuddly, playful, and full of that classic puppy charm. Because they were born in a shelter environment and raised in our care, they've had wonderful early socialization with humans and other dogs.

Since they are still very young, they are not house‐trained and will need full puppy training, structure, and continued socialization to help them grow into confident, well‐adjusted adult dogs.

Their adoption fee is $800 each.

You MUST live within 30mins of our facility to adopt a young puppy.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery

Microchip

All age‐appropriate vaccinations

Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Please note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.

Dachshunds come in three coat varieties smooth, wirehaired, and longhaired each with its own unique charm. Despite their size, dachshunds are bold and courageous, with a curious nature that can sometimes lead to mischief. Their endearing personality and adaptability make them popular pets worldwide.
