Phoebe is incredibly cuddly, has great recall, and is crate trained. ANOTHER THING ABOUT Phoebe. She loves bigger and smaller dogs and really needs to be in a home with a playmate. Even a cat might work. She is a joy! Phoebe doesn't like strangers. She's a better dog to have if you just plan to keep her at home. She loves to play and frolic and just sit next to you while you're home doing your thing. She's a great companion.
