Holly is a beautiful 2-year-old, 70-pound Husky mix located in Fresno, California, who is looking for an active family to call her own. She was found abandoned at a local school, and the family who stepped up to foster her quickly discovered what a loving, goofy girl she is. They hoped to keep her, but she's simply too large and playful for their toddler.
Holly absolutely loves people and greets everyone with excitement, wagging her tail, giving kisses, and showing off her fun-loving personality. She's gentle by nature but still has that puppy enthusiasm, so she can accidentally bump into little ones during play. Because of her size and energy, she'd do best with older children and an active family who can take her on hikes, runs, or long walks.
She gets along well with other medium and large dogs, but a home without cats is recommended due to her prey drive. Holly knows basic commands, enjoys playing fetch (even by herself!), and loves sprinting around the yard with her favorite squeaky toy. Her expressive ears, goofy personality, and habit of happily "plopping" next to her people for affection make everyone smile.
Holly is house trained, sleeps on a dog bed beside her foster family, and has a sweet, affectionate heart. She deserves a family that will give her the exercise, love, and adventure she's been waiting for.
