MEET CHUCKIE FINSTER. Handsome is as handsome does, and this sweet good boy is very handsome in our eyes! CHUCKIE is 14 pounds of preciousness, and when his funny fur finishes growing back in, we expect he could add one whole extra pound! He enjoys the company of other little dogs, particularly his good buddy, TOMMY PICKLES, also a Chihuahua type. If you would like a best friend who wants a fresh new start, we invite you in to see whether a certain charming little rugrat just may choose you for his very own.
BCSAPS is open Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. Please arrive at least 30 min before closing (one hour if you are bringing your dog along for a professionally supervised meet and greet) to give us time to pack your new family member's bags.

BCSAPS operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with adoptions beginning at 10 a.m. If multiple individuals are present at the shelter at 10 a.m. and are interested in the same adoptable animal, a lottery will be conducted to determine which individual will have the first opportunity to meet the animal and proceed with the adoption process. Visitors arriving after 10 a.m. will be assisted in the order in which they arrive.
