He was placed on the euthanasia list until Pep's Pals stepped in and gave him the second chance he deserved.

Now thriving with his foster in Texas, Tim Tim's adorable personality shines through. He loves spending time with his foster siblings and has discovered that life is full of good things especially cheese, his favorite treat!
