Animal Information: Willow is a 7-week-old female Chihuahua puppy who along with her 2 sisters, were brought in to the shelter in CA on 4/27/26, weighing between 3.20 to 4.90lbs The shelter reached out to us as an emergency to see if we could take them as the shelter is no place for puppies. They are active, playful, friendly and TOO SMALL TO STAY! We don’t want to risk these puppies being exposed to sickness that their little immune systems are not equipped to handle. So of course we said yes!
Foster Profile:
Willow is about 7 weeks old and weighs 4lbs. Willow is a sweet young puppy who loves to snuggle and chew on toys. Of her litter, she is the first to relax in her environments and is typically very independent as she prefers to quietly chew on a toy snuggled in a blanket over wrestling with her two sisters. Willow is doing great with potty and kennel training. She has been practicing handling, nail trims, and exploring life as a puppy!
