Rescued in the Southwest where she was surrendered after her owner passed away
Meet Bailey! Bailey is a 12 year old chihuahua mix rescued from Texas but do not let her age fool you. When she steps out onto the city streets she might as well be a puppy! She absolutely loves the excitement, sights and smells of NYC and her favorite activity is bounding down the streets of Manhattan. She is an incredible example to her foster sibling Rhubarb and is so patient loving and kind to humans and dogs alike.
At home she is almost cat like, napping on the couch and occasionally booping her human for affection. She is the perfect mellow companion. She absolutely loves treats, especially cheese! Moving to NYC from Texas has been confusing but she is making huge strides in adjusting her potty training to concrete and is a reliable wee wee pad user. She has never had a true accident! We think that makes her WICKED smart!
She is the PERFECT companion dog and I cant imagine a better match for someone who wants to seamlessly add a pup into their life.
Bailey doesn't need much, just a loving human and a cozy couch to nap on.
