Aryn *Arriving 7/25* D11805 - Chihuahua and Pug Dog for Adoption

Meet Aryn, our little cookies and cream dream girl.

This adorable 7 year old Chihuahua/Pug mix is looking for her forever home, and trust us, she is just as sweet as she looks. With her white coat covered in black spots, Aryn looks just like a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream, cute enough to melt your heart instantly.

Aryn is a quieter, lower energy girl who would much rather curl up next to her favorite human for snuggles than spend all day roughhousing with other dogs. She gets along just fine with other pups, but people are definitely her favorite.
Aryn would do best with older kids in the home, or kids who can understand that she's mostly interested in chill time versus playtime. She walks great on the leash and is very diligent in doing her business outside (no matter the weather!), but would need some basic training (sit, stay, come). Aryn would prefer to run outside in a storm to potty instead of use a pad inside! She will circle you or silently wait at the door and eyeball you until you let her out.

She is the perfect companion for cozy nights, lazy mornings, and anyone looking for a loyal little shadow to love.

Aryn is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 7/25/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.

Pugs are known to be excellent companions, suitable for owners of all ages due to their adaptable and social temperament.
