Queen Esther may be little, but she carries herself with the confidence and heart of true royalty. This adorable Chihuahua mix had a rough start in life, but you would never know it by the way she greets the world with endless love, resilience, and the sweetest spirit imaginable.

Esther is incredibly smart and eager to please. In her foster home, she picked up training in no time at all and already knows “sit!” She is fully crate trained, sleeps beautifully through the night, and walks like a pro on leash. In fact, sometimes this clever girl will decide it’s time to head home and proudly turn herself around to lead her human back, a queen always knows where she belongs!

One of Esther’s greatest joys in life is her toys. She absolutely lights up in a pet store and seems determined to pick out her newest favorite every single time. When playtime is over, though, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug. Esther is a true velcro dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her person, curled up in a tiny little ball on your lap or tucked beside you under a mountain of blankets. Esther would preder to be in a home with older children who respect her space. She LOVES to burrow and be covered up, it’s impossibly cute.

This affectionate girl is overflowing with love and will happily shower her people with endless kissies. She even has the funniest little habit of gently nibbling on ears to show affection. Esther will be waiting excitedly to greet you when you come home, ready to remind you every single day just how special it feels to be loved by a dog like her.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature.
