Because inside me?

There’s a whole lot of life.

I’m spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and healthy, but the thing I want most isn’t found in a medical chart.
It’s found in a family…
a lap…
a warm voice…
a safe place to rest my head.

I am from Southern California and coming to live with my foster family in Ridgefield, WA by the end of May and can travel to Vancouver, BC if there is a potential adopter for me.

Sometimes I run so fast
even I can’t believe my tiny legs can keep up.

Zoom, turn, bounce—
life feels like a game, and I want to play every second of it.

And if you’re watching me?

I’ll make sure you smile.

That’s kind of my thing.

But when all the fun slows down…

I come looking for you.

Because even though I love to play…
my favorite place in the whole world
is right next to my person.

Curled up…
feeling your hand on me…
knowing I’m safe.

I’ve learned so much already.

I sleep in my crate,
I know where to go potty,
and I try my best to be a good girl every day.

But what I really want to learn now…

is what forever feels like.

A home where I don’t have to leave.

Where I wake up and you’re still there.
Where I run, play, cuddle…
and belong.

Sometimes I imagine it…

A place where I can zoom around with joy…
then curl up and fall asleep in love.

A place where someone looks at me and says,
