Soft eyes and big beautiful ears arent Lady's only great features. She's playful yet calm, sweet, and carries herself like a princess. She just wants to quietly follow you around and sit politely at your feet, or romp around the yard with you in play. Is that so much to ask

We think Lady is a 4-5 year old Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Poodle mix). She came to us from a rural shelter where she was dumped for not being house trained. While Lady is a generally well behaved dog, we havent had her for very long and our experience with her is that she would probably prefer to be the only animal in the home. She could possibly learn to ignore a calm, respectful cat or small dog, but shes had issues with dogs in the past who werent really doing anything to her. We think she might just be jealous and a little stressed about her new environment. So to be safe, we would prefer she be your one and only princess. If you think you might be a good fit, let's chat! She has done better with larger, calm male dogs rather than playful dogs her size or smaller than her.

Lady is a breed that requires frequent grooming.
Her curly coat can get easily matted if not brushed and trimmed frequently. For this reason, we hope to find Lady a home that is experienced with Poodle coats or dogs with high maintenance grooming needs.
