BeeBee - Cattle Dog Dog for Adoption in Wrightwood, California

Meet Beebee! The Cowboy Corgi Who Lets His Brother Do the Heavy Thinking!

Every cowboy crew needs a leader, and Beebee has already figured out that his brother Bruno is the one making the decisions! Beebee is more of a follower, happy to let Bruno take the lead while he checks out the situation. Of course, if hot dogs are involved, Beebee is right there for the meeting!

Beebee and his two brothers spent a year and a half running along a dirt road in the desert before a concerned neighbor asked us to trap them and get them somewhere safe. After all that time surviving on their own, these boys are learning what it's like to have people looking out for them.

They're now staying with one of our amazing fosters, who has discovered the secret to winning them over: HOT DOGS! Apparently, these little cowboys have very strong opinions about gourmet dining! Their foster uses hot dogs to help them learn to trust people, and they're making progress one little step at a time.

Beebee will need a patient family who understands that adjusting to a home takes time. He's not necessarily going to walk through your door and immediately act like he's lived there his whole life. He needs someone willing to let him settle in at his own pace and discover that being loved is a pretty wonderful thing.

Where Would Beebee Thrive?

Beebee could make a wonderful companion in a home or on a farm. He will need a secure yard with fencing that prevents digging and escaping. These desert boys are experienced escape artists who have learned to dig under gates, so extra-secure fencing and protection along the bottom are essential!

Beebee has survived a tough start, and now we're hoping his next chapter includes safety, trust, a family of his own, and maybe the occasional hot dog for outstanding cowboy behavior.

Are you ready to give this little cowboy a place to hang his hat? With patience, love, and a good supply of hot dogs, Beebee may just become your very own loyal sidekick!

Beebee's motto: I'll follow you anywhere... especially if you're holding a hot dog! hot dog!
