Pepper and her brother, Sam, were found as strays in the county and taken in by a wonderful family who gave them a safe place to land. Unfortunately, due to changing circumstances, they're now looking for loving forever homes.
Pepper is a friendly, active girl who gets along great with other dogs. She does not do well with cats or livestock, so she'll need a home without them. She is comfortable in a crate, walks nicely on a leash, and enjoys car rides, making her a wonderful companion whether you're running errands or heading out on an adventure.
Because Pepper hasn't spent much time living loose inside a home, she may need some help with potty training and adjusting to indoor life. With consistency and patience, she should settle into a routine. Unlike her brother, Pepper does not try to jump fences, but she will still benefit from a safely fenced yard or supervised outdoor time.
Pepper is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She is pending a heartworm test.
