Some cats are great with children. I happen to be very good with them, whether they’re toddlers or teenagers. I’m Max, and my foster home is full of kids, from a three-year-old to a teen, and I’m gentle and sweet with every one of them.

I’m also very affectionate. I purr a lot, and I love to give head nudges to show how much I care. Many times, I’ll wander over, snuggle up beside you, and just hang out for a while. And when it’s time to have some fun, I’m always up for playing.

I was raised with extra love from the very start. My three siblings and I were found when we were tiny, after a dog scared off our mom. My foster mom bottle fed us until we could eat solid food, and I think that early care is part of what makes me such a sweetheart.

Along with the kids, I share my home with two female cats and get along well with them. There’s a large dog in the house too. We’ve mostly been kept apart, but there’s been some interest.
