Mya and her siblings were rescued from an abandonment situation, and while her brothers are still getting vetted and cared for, Mya is ready. Fully ready. She has done her time waiting, and now this girl just wants to go home and be a real dog.

She is a striking red and beige merle Catahoula mix with a heart as beautiful as her coat. At just 2 years old, she is calm, affectionate, and completely devoted to the people she loves. She gets along beautifully with both male and female dogs and carries herself with a gentle, easy presence that makes her a natural fit for family life.

Do not let the Catahoula in her fool you. This girl did not get the memo about high energy. She would much rather be pressed against your leg on the couch than running laps in the yard. All 46 pounds of her, lap dog through and through.
