Almost 7 years old 50 lbs Catahoula/Terrier mix

Cash is a handsome, soulful boy with a steady presence and a deeply loyal heart. He's a true people dog - happiest when he's near his humans, whether that's following you from room to room or relaxing quietly nearby. He's the kind of dog who doesn't demand attention, but becomes an easy, comforting part of your daily life.

Cash would do best in a calm, loving home where he can be part of the family. He's a great fit for adults or respectful older kids who understand his gentle, thoughtful nature.

On leash, Cash can be selective with other dogs and prefers space and calm handling, which is very manageable with consistency. He tends to do best with smaller dogs and female dogs and has previously lived peacefully with other pets - including a cat - in a sitter's home.

All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
