Peter is a friendly, easy-going guy who is ready to find his family! He gets along well with other dogs, does great on walks, and is a good passenger in the car — making him an excellent companion for everyday outings and adventures.

And one thing Peter REALLY loves? Water! Whether he’s splashing around or taking a swim, this boy is happiest when he can get wet. He'd probably make a great companion for a day on the lake, hiking along a stream or hanging by the pool on a hot day.

Peter is about 2 years old, 45–50 pounds, and our best guess is a Carolina Dog/Lab mix. He was recently neutered and is ready for adoption! The shelter where Peter was rescued also reported that he may be cat friendly, although we haven’t had the opportunity to verify that ourselves yet.
