Meet Venus, formerly known as Ruby!

This little girl is a curious, playful puppy with a big personality and energy to spare! Venus has bursts of nonstop puppy zoomies, wrestling matches with her sister, and speedy laps around her people before crashing for a well-earned nap. Ropes for tug-of-war, stuffies, cozy blankets, and being close to her people are among her favorite things.

Venus is a social little explorer who is curious about the resident dogs in her foster home. She's still getting used to meeting new people, so she'll benefit from positive experiences and patient introductions as she grows. She's also discovering her puppy manners, working on learning her name and the "sit" command, and getting the hang of puppy pads while she awaits the start of outdoor potty training after vaccinations.

Want a puppy who will keep you laughing? Venus might be your girl! She'll climb right into your lap when you're sitting on the floor or stretch up your leg to ask for attention. She has a hilarious habit of targeting her favorite person's left foot (always the left!) but is learning to redirect that playful puppy energy toward toys.
