He might look like every other rescue dog in the shelter BUT I ASSURE YOU he is not. He is special. If you have never had a bully breed before, perhaps he should be your first?

Meet little man Cody! He is a 6 month old boy, with the PUREST heart. He is in a foster home in Lawton Michigan. There are 5 other dogs and 2 little kids and two grownups. He fits in great! Very adaptable and go with the flow. He is very happy to go in his kennel for a nap. He is very happy to eat his meals and sit for treats. Hes a simple boy with regular puppy needs, activity, company, different toys to accommodate his short attention span, love, praise, fun and play. Cody is a delight, so fun for the kids to play with and snuggle with. He will lay right in your lap, lapping up all the attention. He does not need kids or other dogs in his forever home, so long as someone will play with him.

Little man / dufus boy is more of an indoor boy, although he walks well on a leash AND he has excellent recall. He does not need a fenced yard but he does need exercise and to be kept safe. Cody is medium energy. He is excellent in his crate. Like a said, he is a simple boy with regular needs.

He came to Tunica Humane Society in May as an abandoned puppy. He is definitely growing into a handsome young man. With an adorably awkward underbite.
He is available for adoption in Michigan. He would like someone with an established routine and safe place to run around and be a pup. He will bless your life immeasurably. His foster family adores him.
