Meet Erin, an 11-year-old, 10-pound Rough Coat Brussels Griffon who is finally getting the chance to experience the good life she should have known all along.
Erin came to Fur Fun Rescue from a breeding/hoarding situation where she had gone years without the basic care every dog deserves. Since arriving in rescue, Erin has been transformed. After a much-needed grooming, dental care, and hernia repair, she is now comfortable, healthy, and discovering the joys of being a dog. She loves exploring her fenced yard, taking in new sights and smells, and enjoying the freedom she missed for so many years.
Erin gets along well with other dogs and cats, but her favorite thing is spending time with people. She loves attention, enjoys being petted, and likes to stay close to her humans. She is also doing very well with house training.
Erin would thrive in a home where someone is around much of the time. After years without the love and companionship she deserved, she is ready for a family that will cherish her. All she wants is a cozy place to rest, a person to love, and the chance to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
Erin's past was difficult, but her future is bright. She is finally safe, loved, and ready for her forever home. Now all Erin needs is a person to show her that this is what the rest of her life is supposed to look like.
Erin is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and just had a dental.
