LETTUCE EXPLAIN...
MEET LETTUCE!
Lettuce was born on a cattle ranch and was supposed to grow up to be a working dog.
There was only one small problem.
Lettuce did not want a job.
No cattle.
No ranching.
No cowgirl responsibilities.
She wanted indoors.
And frankly, we respect her career choices.
At 7 months old, Lettuce is officially looking to leave the ranching industry behind and begin her new career as a professional house dog, couch companion and full-time best friend.
She’s house trained, incredibly smart, affectionate, a great listener and absolutely LOVES other dogs.
She’s good with kids, too. She’s even met cats, although apparently cats are terrifying little creatures and Lettuce would prefer they please not look at her too aggressively.
New things can be scary for this sweet girl, so she may be shy at first. But give her some time to realize she’s safe and suddenly you’ve got a social, affectionate, goofy little shadow who wants to be part of everything.
Her dream home has another friendly dog, a fenced yard, active humans and people willing to continue helping her build confidence and learn to walk on a leash.
Basically...
Working cattle: 0/10
Cowgirl skills: Questionable
Indoor dog skills: 10/10
Making dog friends: 12/10
Being ridiculously sweet: 15/10
Lettuce couldn’t cowgirl.
But she can absolutely best friend.
