10/22/26-When all else fails ... you break out the TUNA!! Princess Gracie is figuring out what life is like in a loving home. She slept on me all night. She’s getting used to all the creature comforts. She has a lump on her right rear leg we will get removed during her spay. We are working on getting her in for checkup/shots & spay as soon as possible. Once she is spayed & we get to know her better she will be ready for her new home.

10/19/26-Gracie is very sweet. My little deaf girl Snow met her at the door yesterday & they were best friends and then she met the rest of the dogs. Gracie is a very good girl.

10/18/26-Amazing Grace aka: Gracie is a beautiful 4 year old fawn & white boxer that came in today from a small breeder that was downsizing. She is a littermate to Meeka who came in today too. They came from the same place as Ruby, Riley & Zeus (all recently adopted) & they were all sweet dogs. The breeding dogs were not kept in the house so she will need time to adjust.

The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
