Dixy - Boston Terrier Dog for Adoption in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Sweet little Dixy is ready for her forever home! She is a 15lb, 7 year old female looking for a loving family. Dixy is good with or without other dogs, and while she hasn't met cats, there's no reason for concern. She'd be fine with children age 6+; screaming does make her nervous so children in her family need to be able to use quieter voices around her. She enjoys walks, so as long as you can keep her on leash a fence isn't necessary.
Dixy does well in a crate for about 6-7 hours in her foster home, and she's making good progress with house training as long as you keep an eye out for marking attempts. You might also need to keep an eye out for mischievous attempts to find things to chew on while you teach her which things are her toys. This smart girl has also learned to sit and is working on shake!
