My name is Charlie. I am 5 years old and weigh 23 pound. My owner moved and could not take me with. I am being fostered in Broomfield, CO.

I require a home with no other pets.

I love ...backyard hangs, walk time, cozy bed cuddles, food toppers on my kibble, and showing off my zoomies once I’m feeling myself.

I have ...main character energy. I’m sweet, funny, cuddly, and a little goofy. Once I warm up, I’ll give you jumps, smiles, and plenty of personality.

I get along with ...people who are loving, patient,and want a best buddy by their side.

I would rather not ...live with other animals. I like my personal space and do best when I don’t have to compete for attention.

I need ...to be someone’s top priority. Give me love, a routine, a backyard to enjoy, and a home where I can just be me.

All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.

MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.

MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
