Luke - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Stanton, Kentucky

Luke is a youngster about 5-6 months old upon arrival. He is currently about 25 lbs and we expect her will be medium in size when full grown. He is a sweet attentive boy, seems well mannered as we get to know him. He enjoys having our attention and wagering awaits playtime and visiting other dogs for a play group. We arent certain of his breed mix or if he is housetrained. We will have more details and better photos soon.

We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help.

ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $175- $200 Cats $90. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.)

Families with young children are required to have a fenced yard to prevent accidental escape of pets.

The shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 9 - 3 p.m. except Thursdays (closed). Appointments are recommended. Saturday hours normally 10 - noon or by appt.

After hours appts can be arranged with advance notice and an approved application. We want to accommodate!

We are glad to answer any questions. Adoption rates include a spay or neuter, vaccines, & deworming. Surgeries are mandatory!

We are 45 minutes east of Lexington, Ky.
