DESCRIPTION
Meet Mae!
Mae is a 6-month-old, Border Collie/Malamute mix with a heart as big as her fluffy paws. This happy girl loves everyone she meetspeople, dogs, you name it! If theres a new friend nearby, Mae is ready to say hello.
Like many young pups, Mae has plenty of energy and loves to play, but shes also learning how to settle down and relax after a good adventure. She recently went on a walk and did wonderfully on leash, only stopping occasionally because she wanted to greet every person and dog she passed.
Mae is still building her confidence and looks to her humans for reassurance in new situations. While she enjoys the company of other dogs, we dont think another dog in the home is necessarily required for her to thrive.
Shes making great progress with potty training and is awesome in a crate. She sleeps through the night in her crate, happily eats her meals there, and when left alone for a couple of hours, shes content to curl up and snooze.
And we cant forget one of Maes best featuresshe is unbelievably soft. Seriously, petting Mae is like petting a little cotton ball!
If youre looking for a sweet, friendly, fluffy companion whos ready to learn, love, and grow alongside her family, Mae may be your perfect match.
Mae is being fostered in Firestone, Colorado.
*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.*
