Ethel - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Frankfort, Indiana

Ethel was found as a stray with her friend, Lucy. She's a senior, maybe around 8 years old, possibly older. She appears to be a Border Collie mix. Ethel is very sweet and walks well on a leash. Ethel is a chunky girl who obviously had someone taking care of her at one time. We just don't understand how formerly loved animals end up at the shelter where nobody seems to know anything about them. It's so sad. Hopefully Ethel's stay will be a short one!
