At around 1 year old, this gorgeous Border Collie mix has somehow skipped right to the part where she's a polite, well-mannered, all-around fantastic companion. She has the brains and athleticism Border Collies are famous for—but thankfully, she also came with an "easy mode" setting.

Halsey has never met a stranger. Kids? "Let's be friends!" Dogs? "Absolutely!" Cats? "Sure, why not?" If you have a pulse, chances are Halsey already likes you.
