Mindy was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She is a stunningly beautiful miniature house panther who is a bit shy in the shelter setting. We don't blame her the is A LOT of activity, people, and noise happening here, and it is understandable that some cats are too sensitive to enjoy this type of lifestyle. Mindy loves to get petting and will lean into your head when you give her cheek & neck scratches. It is very clear that our anxious girl wants to make a connection with a human, so we believe that once she's in a calmer environment, she'll settle in & start to open up to her chosen human(s). Mindy will likely never be the cat who runs up to greet your visitors, but she definitely has the potential to be someone's heart cat. When Mindy gives you her trust, you feel like a superhero!
