Caramel - Black Mouth Cur and Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in South Houston, Texas

Caramel is an adorable 4 month old Black Mouth Cur Lab mix with a happy outgoing personality. Caramel is expected to grow into a medium to large dog. One of her most charming features is her left ear, which sits a little crooked.

Caramel was rescued from the city shelter’s euthanasia list when she and her siblings were only a few weeks old. Their mom came to safety with them, and Caramel has been growing up surrounded by care ever since. Now she is ready to find a family of her own.

This playful, social girl loves meeting people wherever she goes and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.

She enjoys exploring the world, especially when it involves a car ride. Caramel is a wonderful passenger seat copilot and would be delighted to join her family on their outings.

Caramel is crate trained and doing well with potty training. She is still a young puppy, so frequent potty breaks, patience, and a consistent routine will help her continue learning. She will also benefit from playtime, exercise, and continued socialization as she grows.

Caramel is fully vetted and ready to travel to her forever home. If you are looking for a cheerful companion who is eager to share life’s adventures with you, Caramel would love to meet you.
