Meet Texas, a handsome 7 month old male Terrier/Cur mix with a heart full of love and a story that began under heartbreaking circumstances.

Texas was born into a life no puppy should ever experience. His mama spent years chained outside before being rescued from an animal cruelty situation. When it came time to deliver her final litter, she had no safe or comfortable place to give birth. Texas and his siblings entered the world in a hole in the ground.

Thankfully, those difficult days are behind him, and Texas now has a chance at the wonderful life he deserves!

Despite his rough beginning, Texas is an incredibly sweet, friendly, and affectionate boy who loves everyone he meets!
