Amy - Black Labrador Retriever and Beagle Dog for Adoption in Pelzer, South Carolina

Meet Amy — Your Adorably Mini Lab!

If you love Labs but prefer them in a smaller, extra-cute package, Amy might just be your girl!

This adorable 4-year-old, 40-pound sweetheart is a fun little mix, and our best guess is Lab, Beagle, and maybe even a sprinkle of Patterdale Terrier. Whatever her recipe, we think the results are pretty darn adorable!

Amy was rescued from a shelter and is settling into her new life. So far, she seems to be a happy-go-lucky girl who enjoys meeting adults and kids. She likes other dogs, too, although she may be a little selective about who she wants in her friend circle. Hey, we all have our preferences! We're still getting to know her as she settles in and shows us more of her personality.

The good news? Amy is house-trained and loves her crate, making her an easy little houseguest. She's also working on getting her figure back with a weight-loss plan. She's carrying a few extra pounds, so she'll need a family willing to help her stay on track with healthy meals, exercise, and plenty of encouragement.

Amy is ready to leave her shelter days behind and find a family to call her own. If you're looking for a sweet, smaller-sized companion with a whole lot of charm, this little girl could be the perfect addition to your life!
