New Milford, Connecticut
October 6th
female, medium, young
DESCRIPTION
Halo is a sweet, loving, friendly dog who, at only about 1-1/2 years old, is still puppy-ish. She was an owner surrender to our rescue, from an independent rescuer who saved her but couldn't keep her.
She loves people and other dogs, and is also just fine living with cats.
Halo lived a quiet, sheltered life until she came to us. She will benefit from a family who will take her out on adventures and continue to introduce her to new people and situations. She can be shy at first, but once reassured in a new situation, relaxes and opens up quickly.
She loves running around and playing in a fenced yard - if you have one, it would be ideal but isn't an absolute requirement. She also loves going on walks and hikes.
Halo will be a terrific family dog!
