Ruby - Black Labrador Retriever and Flat Coated Retriever Dog for Adoption in Mesquite, Texas

When I look at Ruby, I see a dainty Flat Coated Retriever mix. We were told she is a Black Lab mix. Here at Neverending Ivy Rescue we like to say she is 47 pounds of pretty! Wrapped up in her soft beautiful coat is a girl who is highly intelligent who longs for commitment and belonging. Ruby is a happy girl between 4 and 5 years old and has become an orphan by no fault of her own. Ruby has lived with other dogs and cats. She is house trained, spayed, has all vaccines, and a microchip. Our vet says she is in great health and ready for a new life! Ruby would enjoy an active life with hiking, walking in parks, and car rides. She also loves snuggles and playtime chasing squirrels. Ruby needs an experienced adopter to give her the attention and guidance as she discovers the new world waiting for her. She wants to please and is very affectionate. She has Retriever energy, but is good at relaxing too! If Ruby sounds like a girl you’d like to know, contact us about meeting her. She is past puppy age but can sure keep you in shape.
