Pappy - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Mesquite, Texas

Pappy is about 8 years old. He was abandoned and left to make it on his own. But Pappy was house trained, affectionate, and not a feral cat. Yet, he was alone on the streets. We found him with a string tied on his neck. Pappy was neutered and is now current on all vaccinations. He is healthy and loves to bug hunt on our deck. Pappy lives inside, but likes to spend time out in the yard. We are under the impression he was an indoor and outdoor cat. He is shy with strangers but warms up quickly. He loves to be brushed, scratched under his chin and curled up next to a person. He would lives with another cat but would be very happy as an only too. Pappy needs his person and family.
