The sweet girl who was sitting at the veterinary clinic with nowhere to go and not a single application?

WE HAVE GOOD NEWS!

Molly is officially in a foster home! Thanks to someone opening their heart and home, she finally has a comfortable place to sleep, people to love her, and a safe environment while she prepares for the next chapter of her journey.
But Molly's story isn't finished yet.

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME FOR MOLLY!

Molly was one of our outreach dogs who received veterinary care during our recent collaboration with The KG Foundation, where 50 Detroit dogs received spay/neuter services.

During her veterinary care, we learned that Molly is heartworm positive. She will need to undergo treatment at Union Lake Veterinary Hospital in Waterford, Michigan.

We would LOVE to find Molly a family who is ready to welcome her into their home, support her through treatment, and make her a permanent part of their lives once she's ready!

Heartworm treatment requires patience, restricted activity, and a family committed to following her veterinarian's instructions.
