MEET TACO - A LITTLE GUY LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER PERSON!
At just 8.2 pounds, Taco may be tiny, but he has a whole lot of love to give once he feels safe!
Taco's world was turned upside down when his beloved owner passed away.
After losing the only person he'd ever known, he was taken in by another family, but unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit. Now, this sweet little guy is searching for a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and secure again
A LITTLE ABOUT TACO:
Young adult male weighing just 8.2 pounds.
A little shy and slow to warm up, but once he trusts you, he enjoys being held!
We believe Taco may be deaf, so he'll need a family willing to be patient and communicate with him in ways he understands.
Currently wears a belly band because he is not yet neutered.
Taco is cryptorchid, meaning he has an undescended testicle and will require neuter surgery.
He has shown mounting behavior toward other dogs in his temporary home.
TACO'S IDEAL FOREVER HOME
Taco is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time. He's been through some big changes, and we want his next home to be his LAST home.
A patient, understanding adopter who can give him a calm environment, a consistent routine, and plenty of reassurance would be wonderful for him.
Because we suspect Taco may be deaf, a family willing to learn how to communicate with him using visual cues and positive reinforcement would help him thrive.

Taco doesn't need a perfect home. He just needs someone who will love him, respect his boundaries, and give him the time he deserves to settle in.
