Meet Luna

At 8 years old, Luna is proof that even the gentlest hearts can experience heartbreaking loss.

Luna spent her life in a loving home until her owner sadly passed away after battling cancer. After losing the only family she had ever known, Luna was left alone in the home for several weeks, with a kind neighbor stopping by to make sure she had food and water until she could come into our care.

Through no fault of her own, Luna found herself starting over.

Today, Luna is participating in our Puppies for Parole program, where she's receiving training, confidence-building, and plenty of one-on-one attention. While we don't know everything about her past, we do know she was deeply loved, and she deserves to feel that love again.

Luna isn't looking for much—just a soft bed, a kind hand, and someone who will cherish her through her golden years. If you have room in your heart and home for a loyal companion, Luna is waiting to meet you.
