DESCRIPTION
Meet Mama!
Mama is a true sweetheart and she's sure to charm you with her easy-going demeanor and friendly, social personality. Mama is an old lady of 16 years, but all that means is that she's ready to be spoiled, loved on, and cherished throughout her golden years. What this means to Mama? Comfy beds, snuggle time, plenty of snacks, and the occasional short walk to let her get a little exercise. Mama has lived with other dogs and cats before and she'd likely be happy to settle into a home with a few furry companions (as long as they aren't too rough with her! Her wrestling days are long past.) She also has experience with children and tends to be gentle and calm with them.
So, if lazy days and snack time are more your vibe than an energetic go-getter of a dog, Mama's here just waiting for you to visit. She does have a few medical concerns that we'd be more than happy to discuss, but her quality of life is good and she acts as if no one thought to tell her that she ever aged past her 10th birthday.

ABOUT: BLACK LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The black Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile breed known for its friendly nature, intelligence, and loyalty. They are agile, keen swimmers with a strong work ethic, making them excellent hunting and service dogs. Their glossy black coat is low maintenance and sheds minimally, while their friendly temperament makes them great family pets. Black Labs are known for their outgoing personalities and eagerness to please, making them loving companions in various roles and settings.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
