Meet Mr. Professor!

Like his name implies, Mr. Professor is a distinguished 12-year-old gentleman looking for a cozy, relaxed home where he can enjoy his senior years. Don't let his grumpy face fool you! Although he can take a minute to settle in, Mr. Professor loves giving headbutts and making biscuits once he is comfortable.

Mr. Professor thrives with a little bit of extra time and space to get comfortable. He has lived with other animals before and does well with relaxed companions who know that a slow introduction makes the best impression. Similarly, Mr. Professor would do best with older kids and teens who know to be gentle and take a slow approach.

Mr. Professor will need regular senior care, including regular bloodwork, to help keep him healthy and comfortable. He also has a history of chronic otitis (ear infections) that are currently well-managed but will require regular ear cleanings and follow-up care with a veterinarian as needed. Mr. Professor also recently had a dental cleaning and extractions, and he is feeling much better! His adopter should continue to monitor his oral health with their veterinarian.
