Meet the beautiful little Gingerbread. She is an adorable 9-month-old mixed breed (under 24 lbs. fully grown) who has been in the shelter since 3/23/2026. She is dog friendly and enjoys playtime, especially with toys, making her a great companion for homes with other playful pups. Gingerbread is calm at home but loves to run with her person, so shed thrive with an active foster or permanent home who can help her burn off energy. She's food motivated, which makes her easy to train and eager to please. While Gingerbread is wary of strangers and still building her confidence, she warms up with patience and gentle encouragement. She would benefit from a foster who can provide a stable, reassuring environment and help her continue to blossom. Gingerbreads general welfare would greatly improve in a home setting, as the shelter environment is stressful for her and she's been waiting for a loving foster for an extended period.
