As a young dog, Mackie is still building confidence and would thrive in a calm environment with an experienced dog handler who can offer guidance and reassurance. Mackie is dog selective, so a meet and greet is recommended for any potential canine siblings. German Shepherds are intelligent, loyal, and eager to learn, making them wonderful companions for those willing to invest time and patience. He walks well on a leash and is not reactive to other people or dogs. Mackie is incredibly sweet with the staff here and is ready to blossom in a loving home environment. He loves to snuggle in laps and rest his head on your hands. We are urgently seeking a foster or forever home where Mackie can thrive. .
