Meet Agnes — the sweetest little homebody you could ever hope to meet. Agnes is a Black and Tan Coonhound mix, and we think she may have a little Shar-Pei in her too because of her adorable face shape and soulful expressions.

Agnes has an easygoing, gentle personality that makes her such a joy to be around. She’s happiest staying close to her people and has shown absolutely no interest in wandering away from her foster home. She enjoys a calm, comfortable life filled with love, naps, and quiet companionship.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is respectful of cats, and hasn’t bothered the chickens one bit. Agnes would fit beautifully into just about any home looking for a sweet, steady companion.

Agnes is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and heart worm negative.

The Shar Pei is a distinctive breed known for their deep wrinkles and blue black tongue. Originally from China, these medium sized dogs are loyal, independent, and protective of their families. Shar Peis have a unique appearance with a hippopotamus like face and a broad, padded muzzle. Their coat can be either horse coat or brush coat, coming in a variety of colors. While they can be aloof with strangers, Shar Peis are devoted companions with a calm demeanor, making them wonderful family pets.
