Benson along with his siblings were brought into rescue after being found abandoned at our local lake. Benson is a sweet boy who loves to play with his ball, and any toys that squeak. He enjoys exploring, and being anywhere his people are. Benson is very socialized with other dogs, and also cats. Benson would make a great addition to any home.

Benson weighs 9 lbs, and is estimated at 8 weeks old. he is current on all vaccinations, and also on flea, tick and heart worm prevention. Benson is not currently potty trained, but we are working on it, and he is doing very well.

* Oglesby - We won’t be at our usual Oglesby stop this week but dogs can be picked up in Bloomington, Peoria or Davenport.

* Omaha - Saturday afternoon

Medical & Spay/Neuter Information:
Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.

Puppies under 6 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy’s first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopter’s expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee.

Breed is our best estimate based on the puppy’s appearance and, when known, the mother’s appearance. Fathers are rarely known, and litters can have multiple fathers, meaning puppies may be half-siblings with different breed mixes.
