Tootsie is a shy girl looking for a person who will meet her where she is. She has loads of potential, but after living her life in a breeding kennel she has a lot to learn. While she is timid, she’ll seek out affection when she is feeling brave. Even though the world around her is brand new, Tootsie has already shown good manners in the home. Her ideal home will have a fenced yard, and she’ll need another dog for comfort. She seemed to do well with the cat she was introduced to. We can already see the loyal snuggle bug underneath her scared exterior. Who will help Tootsie blossom??
