Bashful is an approximately 6 year old Beagle/Basset mix weighing around 30 pounds. True to his name, he can be a little bashful when you first meet him, but give him a little time to get to know you and you’ll start to see his playful side come out!

Bashful is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, but he’s taking it all in stride and looking forward to the day when he can leave the shelter behind and settle into a home of his own.

Bashful is a sweet, gentle guy who just needs a little patience and time to feel comfortable. Once he warms up, he’s happy to show you that there’s a fun-loving personality hiding behind that shy exterior.
