Meet Willow!
This 7-8 month old female pup is said to be a type of beagle-mix. She’s only around 15 pounds. She came to us from down south frightened and nervous about everything! We can only imagine the situation she was in before coming to us. She’s only been with us a few days, but she’s already come so far. She gives excited tail wags and she’s much more open to being pet and loved on now. She is doing great going to the bathroom outside and has never had an accident indoors! She sleeps all night in her crate! She is getting more comfortable with kids and all the noise that brings to the foster home, as well as our large resident adult dog. Willow follows her at a distance, but is getting a little braver and running to play in the yard with her now. We are working on introducing toys, but so far she hasn’t had much interest. She will chew small bones. Willow has been on a few walks on a leash and can be easily frightened by a loud car or people approaching her too quickly. She is definitely still learning how to be her best self, gain confidence, and is the sweetest little girl. She snuggles up on the couch with all of us and is just a wonderful foster puppy! I hope Willow can find her forever and continue to love life! She will be available for adoption soon!
Willow is sister to Oddie, Remi and Autumn.
