When we saw Barney at a local shelter that we partner with, we took one look at him and knew we had to "steal" him for ourselves. (Don't worry - we got permission.)
This lovable beagle is the definition of a people dog. Barney has never met a stranger in his life - just friends he hasn't convinced to pet him yet. Whether you're family, a visitor, the mail carrier, or someone he passed on a walk three years, minutes or seconds ago, Barney is ready to love you like he's known you forever.
