Super Sweet, Calm, Quiet, Lovable

Good with dogs? Yes. Josie does well with the grumpy senior chihuahua in her foster home, and plays a bit. She may prefer a dog her own age over a younger or high energy pup.

Good with cats? Yes. She does well with the cat in her foster home and ignores him.

Good with kids? Yes, she does well with a respectful 5 year old who lets her have her space. Loud or noisy kids would overwhelm her.

Energy level: Low. Josie takes two short walks a day, and enjoys sniffing all the interesting scents along the way. She has not yet shown interest in playing with toys.

Animal Characteristics: Josie is a super sweet, calm pup who will need a little time to relax in any new environment. She appreciates a quiet, calm home and is afraid of loud noises and sudden movements. She will relax in a cozy bed, sometimes in a crate, and just keep you company. She has not barked at all and in her foster home, and everyone who meets her loves her. Josie is ready for her peaceful, loving forever home!
